The role

As a Senior Customer Behaviour Analyst in our Marketing Analytics team, you’ll join a cross-functional team who are building customer-facing products along our customers' lifecycle, from early funnel conversion to later stage habit building. As part of your responsibilities as a Senior Customer Behaviour Analyst you will perform Customer segmentation analysis to further develop our products, brands and markets. Your work will have an immediate impact on understanding the long term value of our Customers.

What you'll do

  • Manage complex projects involving other departments and position yourself as expert interface in your domain for the other teams
  • Collaborate  with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Analysts and Market Researchers
  • Analyse our customer data and visualise insights about their preferences and behaviours
  • Mentor junior colleagues from Analytics and Brand Marketing 

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing related domains (special focus on Brand and Customer Segmentation)
  • You are very experienced with Brand related analytics (combine quantitative and qualitative data) and modeling, as well as Brand related strategy questions
  • You are an experienced SQL coder. You are keen on learning more on the technical side.
  • You enjoy searching for the best ways to visualize data. Experiences with tools like Tableau would be a big plus.
  • Analytical and critical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skills.
